STAR-H opens new R&D facility in State College, Pennsylvania.  The new location has nearly 2000 square feet of office and laboratory space, a machine shop, and vehicle work bay and warehouse space, with plenty of room to grow.  30 acres of land provides ample space for testing broadcast and HF antennas outside.  The location is just minutes from US routes 322 and 220 (soon to be Interstate 99) and the Penn State University campus, and is adjacent to the University Park airport.  STAR-H has also made a major investment in instrumentation and computer equipment so that it now operates a fully state of the art electronics design and testing laboratory.
