Spectrum Sharing Hardware and Software

Star-H has developed proprietary spectrum sharing algorithms to allow realtime sharing of occupied/allocated spectrum without causing interference with existing communications systems.  Using Star-H's SpectraStar realtime spectrum monitoring system, Star-H's spectrum sharing system monitors historical patterns of spectrum usage and identifies communications channels that are underutilized and for which a low probability of interference is calculated.  The spectrum sharing system can then steer a network of radios in real time to follow those channels with the lowest interference potential, resulting in increased spectrum utilization, and the ability for forces to enter an area with minimal advance spectrum planning.

In the future, Star-H's unique spectrum sharing technology will lead to significantly enhanced capacity for cellphone, wireless data, and other communications for both military and civilian users.
